DIVING CONDITIONS
You will be diving in water that averages 73-76°F, 21-23°C. A 5-7 mm wetsuit is recommended.
All diving is from the dive tenders.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
You must arrive the day before the charter departure day and overnight in San José del Cabo, Mexico. It is suggested to stay at one of the host hotels. You are responsible for your own transportation to the host hotels. You can purchase the Smart Dive Travel Hassle-free package that includes a 1-night stay in a host hotel and transfer from the airport to the hotel with an English speaking certified driver.
You will disembark at 8:00 am with a drop off to the Airport. Please book your return flight around 12 pm (noon).

BOARDING:
The Socorro Aggressor is docked at the Marina Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo. The yacht docks next to Hotel el Ganzo.
Pick up from host hotels at 7:45 am - 8 am. Everyone is to be in the lobby with your luggage ready to go and will be transferred to the yacht. Boarding is at 8 am and shortly after, the yacht will depart to Socorro.
GUEST INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS)
The Socorro Aggressor requires each guest to complete the Guest Information System (GIS) and Waiver prior to departure and boarding.
The GIS allows you to interactively complete all required paperwork that includes the application/waiver, special requests, and travel information. If you haven’t received a link to access the GIS, please contact an Aggressor agent.
Passengers who fail to complete the GIS prior to boarding will be denied boarding.
All guests must complete the passport section of the Aggressor Adventures online GIS (Guest Information System) no later than 10 days prior to the departure date to be cleared on the travel manifest by the Mexican authorities.
You must carry an inflatable safety sausage or surface marker buoy with your gear at all times.
A diving whistle is mandatory.
An individual LifeLine GPS/radio beacon will be provided.
PASSPORTS & DOCUMENTATION
If you are not a Mexican citizen, you are required to carry with you a valid passport. Upon your arrival Mexico, you will fill out a tourist visa, or FMT form which will be stamped by Immigration officials and a copy has to be filed for each passenger boarding the yacht.
Visitors must have a current passport, adequate funds to support themselves, and a return airline ticket. Travelers must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date of entry. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation to travel into each country on his or her itinerary as well as for re-entry and return to their country. Please check with the appropriate consulate to ensure you have the proper documentation. Always check your passport and visa requirements. US citizens may go to the US Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov for more information.
INSURANCE
It is mandatory to have with you a travel and dive insurance policy that includes all expenses for evacuation, treatment etc. should you need it. Remember that the diving areas at Revillagigedo Islands require certain experience particularly in regards of buoyancy control. It is mandatory to bring with you a safety device such as an inflatable sausage.
We strongly recommend each diver to purchase a comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation and interruption insurance when space is reserved. Trip insurance will protect you from financial disappointment if you are prevented from making your scheduled trip due to illness or family illness, or in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the airline or yacht from making its scheduled trip. In the event you cancel your trip, please be familiar with Aggressor’s cancellation policies.
DRONES
Devices for photo and video are allowed with some restrictions in the National Park. It is important to stay clear of cliffs and areas where seagulls can be heard.
The fly zone is up to 1000 feet around the boat; it is restricted airspace (no fly) above any of the islands and the Mexican Navy base at Socorro Island and around the airstrip and the minimum height above whales is 36 feet approaching from behind without flying over their eyes.
CONSERVATION LAWS
Aggressor Liveaboards does not permit spear guns, Hawaiian slings or collecting
on any of the yachts.
Cancellations Policy
If a cancellation is made:
121 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the rate is forfeited.
120 - 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the rate is forfeited.
90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the rate is forfeited and no refund is available.
