You should contact us immediately by email to info@smartdivetravel.com when you see a lower rate, before you book or up to 48 hours after you book. In some cases you might be eligible for the Lowest Rate Guarantee up to 24 hours prior to your check in, based on the supplier cancellation policy.
We will review your request within 24 hours or less. The lower rate must be the same itinerary with the same conditions and should be available to the general public and bookable online. All requests are subject to verification by the Smart Dive Travel Customer Service team. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm.
If we find you are eligible for Lowest Rate Guarantee, we will offer you the choise between an additional for Lowest Rate Guarantee we will match the price and will offer you to choose an additional discount of 10% of the price difference or a Smart Dive Travel gift certificate for the value of the price difference for you to use on your next booking with us.
Certain types of prices will not qualify for the Lowest Rate Guarantee:
The Lowest Rate Guarantee is only for diving and activity services, not valid for 3rd party services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, diving insurance or other services.
