Turks and Caicos is an island nation, about 575 miles south-east of Florida, right next door to Bahamas, Cuba, Haiti and Dominican Republic. It is made of 8 main islands and over 40 low-lying coral islands. White sandy beaches that turn into lush clear blue waters surround these pieces of land and make it a wonderful destination for any ocean lover. Gigantic walls, falling thousands of meters in to the depth of the sea, covered with coral add a magical aspect for SCUBA diving and snorkeling.
Turks and Caicos Aggressor II offers a splendid liveaboard trip, where you will get the chance to dive in three different areas of the archipelago, in some of the famous dive sites along the reef- French Cay, teeming with healthy and diverse coral gardens and walls; Gorgonians, Elephant-ears, sponges and many tropical fish. West Caicos, where white sandy plateaus end abruptly in sheer walls, with intricate hard coral formations and swim-throughs. And Northwest Point (Provo) has deep dive sites with plenty of beautiful hard coral, overhangs, gullies and cracks, which accommodate species of sharks and turtles and schooling fish.
Your itinerary on-board the Turks and Caicos Aggressor II starts on Saturday, with free transfers from the airport to the Turtle Cove Marina, Provinciales, where the ship is docked. Check-in is between 3-6pm, after which the boat will depart for its over-night anchorage. Diving begins on Sunday morning and is unlimited until Friday, at noon (4-5 dives per day). At 6pm the crew will hold a cocktail party on-board and dinner is at a local restaurant (this is the only meal not included in charter price). Check-out is on Saturday morning, after breakfast, by 8am. Transfers back to airport are included.
