More the 20% of the marine species in Hawaii are not found anywhere else in the world. The special underwater landscape and the many different kinds of coral and fish make the trip on-board the Kona Aggressor II liveaboard an unforgettable SCUBA diving vacation.
The volcanic archipelago of Hawaii, sitting in the central Pacific ocean, is famous for the beautiful beaches, volcanoes and unique ocean faring culture. The waters around the isolated islands are abundant with life and have some spectacular dive sites where manta rays, dolphins whales and sharks can be seen regularly.
The Aggressor Fleet offers an opportunity to SCUBA dive around the west side of Kona island, the southernmost island of Hawaii and the south-most point of the United States. Divers can enjoy up to 5 dives a day near pinnacles, lava tubes, arches and massive craters, created by the volcanic activity of the island. Flourishing reefs and some very special marine fauna, alongside the fascinating formations, give great photo ops and incredible views. And if you come at the right time of year, from November to February, you also might have the chance of seeing Humpback whales.
